1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Restyle.You at restyle.you (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Restyle.You is an AI-powered virtual try-on platform that allows users to see how outfits look on them. Users upload their photo and an outfit photo, and receive AI-generated try-on images.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Credits and Payments

4.1 Credit System

The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when generating try-on images. New users receive 5 free credits upon registration.

4.2 Purchases

Credits can be purchased through credit packs or subscription plans. All purchases are processed through our payment provider, Polar.

4.3 Refunds

Credits are non-refundable except in cases where generation fails due to technical issues on our end, in which case credits are automatically refunded to your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Create content that infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Generate deepfakes or non-consensual intimate imagery
  • Produce content depicting minors in any inappropriate context
  • Create content promoting violence, hate, or discrimination
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the Service
  • Use automated systems to access the Service without permission

6. Content Ownership

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of the images you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a license to process and store it for the purpose of providing the Service.

6.2 Generated Content

Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you own the content generated through the Service using your credits. You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with all applicable laws.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by Restyle.You and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT GENERATED CONTENT WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RESTYLE.YOU SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
